Couples Counselling

Couples counselling provides a space to explore dynamics and stressors, while strengthening the foundation of your relationship. With multiple trainings in couples counselling, we use an attachment based perspective and utilize Gottman Methods in sessions.

Online Counselling

Online counselling provides secure, supportive counselling for individuals or couples to access from the comfort of your home, work, or any other convenient, confidential location.

Walk and Talk

For clients who have difficulty sitting for prolonged periods of time, walk and talks can be an excellent alternative. It enables us to complete counselling in a natural environment while engaging in physical movement.
